PowerScale OneFS and Varonis SaaS integration.

Hi all. Hope someone has some advise please. Has anyone had any luck with connecting Varonis SaaS to PowerScale OneFS (v.9.7, 9.10)? I have setup everything on the NAS with role based access for the Varonis service account, tested that service account can login to the API front end test page. I also believe all ports are accessible. The Varonis console can see the NAS ok but its when it tries to connect to the PowerScale's API there it just refuses.
