Smartlock Clarification

What is the difference between “SmartLock compliance directory” and “SmartLock enterprise directory”

I cannot seem to find a difference except in the name.

Compliance mode conforms to SEC rules for data retention while enterprise smart lock provides WORM but does not conform to SEC rules.

Here is a white paper on SmartLock itself:https://support.emc.com/docu40522_White_Paper:_Automated_Data_Retention_with_EMC_Isilon_SmartLock.pdf?language=en_US

Compliance mode is much more strict.  The root user is disabled and many commands are no longer accessible even through sudo.  The newer Enterprise SmartLock has 2 modes.  One which allows privileged deletes by root and another that does not.  The older, pre OneFS 7 SmartLock always allowed privileged deletes.
