With Product Installation Instructions

Hi,

I’m working on a project currently that is aimed at “encouraging” installers/customers of net new products in the field to take the latest available code to install on systems rather than “Target” code. One of the open questions we had was how do people installing a new system approach an install in terms of a checklist or a quick start guide, there is the physical option we could ship with the system but a digital solution may be better in guiding behavior but we wanted to hear from people directly in the field on the potential best course of action.
