Alienware build quality

When I moved my brand new Alienware m17x R3 back and forth, I noticed a weird noise as if something was loose. (this was when I pulled it out of the brand new box) When I took the back cover off, I noticed the GPU fan wasn't even attached. I had to screw in the 3 screws myself. Wasn't expecting this on a €2000+ laptop that spent a week in production+testing... I'm just posting this if anyone would have the same problem, they would know what to do.
