Alienware M17x R3 Problems!!!

I have been getting:

BSODs - 0x0000007b, 0x000000f4, 0xc00000e9
Disk Error Has Occured, ctrl-alt-del to restart

And it is quite annoying.

I have a Crucial M4 SSD and a 750GB HD.
I put the Crucial M4 in slot 0 and the 750GB in slot 1. No matter what I would have issues in AHCI mode or RAID mode, and even if I swapped their spots and put the SSD in slot 1 and the 750 in slot 0, there was an issue.

The only time this computer works AT ALL is if I use the 320GB HD in slot 0 (which it came in) and have slot 1 empty and have RAID on. (AHCI mode will not let it run)

I did not have this issue with the other M17x R3 computer, I had it running fine until it shut off for good.

However, I did a lot of things to remedy this issue:

Reflashed BIOS
Updated SSD Firmware
Reinstalled the OS several times, did full formats, repartitioned, etc. etc.
Changed slots
Removed RAM
Remove MOBO Battery
Held Power Button for 1 min without battery in
Tried at least 20 other things

I looked at the computer temps, everything is fine. After having it run for a while after it luckily booted to Windows 7 I get a 0x000001e BSOD.
Now this time the computer works longer than it has before and all drivers are installed. But A lot of times I get the 0xc00000e9 error and the "A disk error has occured ctrl alt del to restart"

So all of this seems like it is just an overall computer error. I had this SSD work before in the 2nd replacement without issues, except for BSODS in the beginning.
I sent an email to my rep in the meantime.
Thanks for all the insight in advance.
