Thanks for the feed back folks, as I got 2 replies suggesting the same, System Board failure, needs replaced. I'll see what that may cost, check if the new board will have a warranty, and check prices to replace the unit entirely. Thanks again for the feed back.

On your system model 3 beeps indicates System board failure.
So to fix the problem system board needs to be replaced.
