i think i got lucky i scrolled down the primary password which was not enabled, the admin was however. when i got to the primary password i hit the right arrow key, it then asked me to enter the old password of course i had no idea so i made one up, it then asked me for a new password i re entered the one i had just made up.
i then shut down the computer and when i came back up i asked for the primary or admin password and i entered the one i mde up and was able to boot up.
but no matter what i do the password is need at boot every time
