Blank screen on startup
When I power on, I get a blank screen and can see my mouse arrow, but the sign in pin page doesn't appear. How do I get into my computer?

Hi Nanjean323,
I would suggest you to connect an external display to the system to check if it works.
Also, you may need to login to the system through safe mode and uninstall the video card from the device manager and restart the system to check if it fixes the issue.
In addition, please let us know the system model and the operating system installed.

Same problem bug my Precision M6600 with FirePRO M8900 graphics card. If I had force restart the laptop and power it back again it was working perfect. Afterall I took it to repair and it was a software failure - sorry, have no info what it was about.
But couple of days ago symptom appears again. I uninstall and reinstall the video card drivers but none of them works - black screen with no hdd led activity (on Windows 10). I even format C: and install Windows 7, but problem remains the same. I install all sort of drivers but no luck. I can run system under "Standard VGA Graphics" driver and in safe mode. Dell diagnostics return no error.
Have anyone any clue about?
