blue screen error inaccessible_boot_device
hi i have inspiron 15r laptop running on win8.1 i suddenly have this error code 0x0000001 inaccessible_boot_device. i was prompted to a blue screen with RECOVERY at the top. i tried every option that it suggest. i cannot do the troubleshooting option because when i try to go on safe mode it will just bring me back to the recovery. i also dont have a cd or usb for installing support system.
No Events found!

Please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

i did it and everything is fine however im still having the same issue.

If you're certain the hard drive has passed the extended diagnostics, you'll need that USB flash recovery drive you hopefully made when you received the system. If you did not prepare that, you will need to call Dell to have one sent (in warranty) or purchase one (out of warranty).
