Blue screen error message and computer crash
Within the last week I would get a blue screen with them telling me it's you ATI13D2AG.D11 and the computer would be turned off by this blue screen eror message. If you restart all will be fine until you read this ominous sign telling you to go to your system administrator, I got the usual yada yada yada and loop tape message telling you yada yada yada please hang on your very important to us. After 35 minutes on a Sunday moring my nerves had I was ready to start acreaming 4 letter words from my going no where PC Magazine telling all Dell Technical support is the best, yeah right. If these experiences don't stop and Dell doesn't give a hoot, then this will be my second and last computer ordered from Texas but assembled by the part time pigg farmers of 3rd world country Malaysia.IMHO Dell is just installing Microsoft software and hardware is all being installed by the Malayian pig farmers what is installed by dell is the already made software and their nameplate! Cananyone help me with this computer crashing blue screen I have a I-8500 9800 Pro with SVGA= and 512 MB Ram beside the 32 MB ATI which is not enven being offered in the new I-8600 nly the ATI 128MB is being offered.
I have done what the dell manual recommends and I have found absolutely nothing wrong with *any* of the drivers, I have done a system restore which for a while it helped but then microsoft had these very important patch updates to be installled and I noticed today the same blue screen and error message is back Please what do I do. TIA
P.S. I have the full Norton internet and anti-virus which I just checked and there is no virus, trojans or worms on the system which took a full 18 minutes to get the same old answer all is A Ok. Group please help me on this one I am a homebound disabled user and can't hop in the chevy and walk my puter into some friendly service for their professional advice.
