There is an Intel Bluetooth driver and a Dell Wireless 1701 with Bluetooth. Do you know what one you have? Are you running Windows 7 64 bit?

Try rebooting your computer, then try pressing Fn and F2 (switch wireless and bluetooth off). Then wait 10 seconds press Fn and F2 (switch back on).
