Bluetooth Headset problem on E5450

I am trying to set my E5450 notebook to use with bluetooth headset, but it has the issues on E5450 cannot detect the bluetooth audio device. Then I try to download the bluetooth file : Network_Application_7J4VN_WN32_17.1.1411.504_A04.exe  on dell support , but it cannot run on my notebook. It has error message " There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Do you have any suggestions?

My Notebook E5450 with Windows 7 32bit..
