@Kinjal157

Install the drivers below

www.dell.com/.../inspiron-15-3521

If the Generic Bluetooth Adapter doesn't update to the correct name (Dell Wireless 1703 Bluetooth) then you'll need to do it manually.

Extract the drivers to a separate folder. Right click on the generic bluetooth adapter entry and choose Update Driver. Point system to driver folder and install.

@ Kinjal

Did you try the second method? Extract the drivers (7-Zip or WinZip) to a separate folder and update the drivers manually via Device Manager.

@ erollinson

The instructions above are for Kinjal who is using Windows 7 64bit (Inspiron 15 3521).

Please provide details of your OS and laptop model.

I recommend you start a new post otherwise you're just going to create confusion. Please start your own post with details of your problem and include the exact model of your laptop and OS.

I am not sure of your problem. The last attempt I made to download the driver would not install until I uninstalled previous versions of the Bluetooth driver. Hope this helps.
