Boot/ diagnostic loop
Hello all
I have a dell Inspiron 7352
I recent got a new laptop and was going to give my dell to my mother. I wanted to factory reset it for her so it would me like new.
When the factory reset was done it said that there was a problem with the reset. It didn't say what the issue was.
Since then it has just been running the DELL diagnostic over and over again.
When I try to use F8 to put it into recovery mode, it only gives me two options, set up and boot mode.
Right now there are only two options in the boot modes UEFI and LEGACY neither of them are helping the issue legacy just tell me that there is no boot device.
BTW the diagnostic says everything is fine with it.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated

Hi PHILLIPV18
Thanks for writing to us.
Do provide us the system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message which is causing trouble.
Please go to BIOS and check if the HD is detected, and also checked the boot sequence.
If the HD is not detected try to re-seat the HD and check if it makes any difference.
Load BIOS default as well from .
