C640 Upgrade Help Needed!!

Question

Hi! I have a latitude c640 with 512Mb memory card in one slot, a 40gig Hdd, 2.4pentium 4 processor and a ati mobility radeon.I want to upgrade to 1GB of ram and put a bigger Hdd in.Can anybody please tell me what types of memory can i use and what is the max Hdd capacity i can put in? Does a SODIMM DDR Pc3200 work, and does a 120GB seagate momentus work in my computer? Thanks in advance

PC2100 RAM. Yes, a 120G EIDE notebook drive should work just fine.

First of all, thank you very much for your answer.Second, would higher than 2100 say 3200 work? i know that normally if is higher the computer would still only used as a 2100 but it will still work...Is this the case? Thank you very much!

Too many variables. Good quality PC3200 may work; floor sweeping quality RAM won't, whether PC2100 or PC3200.
