Cannot access BIOS Setup

I cannot access the BIOS during post.  I've tried F1, F2 Fn+F1, Fn+F3, F10, etc... Upon completion of memory tests I see displayed "Diskette drive 0 seek failure" and "No boot device available - strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility"  Everytime I strike those keys the message repeats itself.

I have a CPi 366XT running TR4 bios.  (I was running 266 MHz cpu and upgraded) Once I get it to boot, I will flash to the latest BIOS.  I cannot boot from Hard drive or floppy drive.  Any ideas on how to salvage this?  I appreciate any help.

Regards

I have also put the original cpu back in the laptop but no changes.  Another message that comes up is: "Plug and Play Configuration Error Continuing without F1/F2"

I tried removing some of the memory to force into Setup, it notices the change and says it needs to go into setup but never allows me to.

Lastly, I swapped out hard drives one has XP on it and was running fine and the other has Windows 98SE running fine also before all of this happened.

Hopefully this is enough information...

Thanks again,

Rob

I guess I figured it out on my own.  I was not aware that with the TR4 BIOS you could not use the floppy drive via the parallel cable.  Once I plugged it into where the CD ROM was everything worked like a charm.
