Cannot uninstall Dell Touchpad driver - OK button doesn't do anything! Help!

Lattitude E6410 w/ Win 7 64bit. UAC disabled.

1. Go to Programs and Features

2. Click Dell Touchpad to uninstall

3. Click OK when this dialog appears

Nothing happens! The dialog remains up.

I have to click cancel to close it.

Is there a way to force the Touch Pad Driver to uninstall?

Hi cleatus45,

I recommend you to uninstall the Touchpad driver in Device manager.  Click on ‘Start’ and in the search box type ‘Device Manager’, and from the list, click on ‘Device Manager’ folder. In the device manager window, click on the triangle to the left of ‘Mice and other pointing Devices’, Right click on the Touch pad and uninstall the driver.

Revert for further queries.
