Chassis replacement?

Hey all, I've had an Inspiron 600m for about a yr. and a half now, and the paint on the laptop (specifically, the areas near the mouse area) is starting to come off, making for a rather unpleasant look. I was wondering if it's possible to replace the chassis, if it's cheap, fairly easy to do...or if there's another way to go about sorting this problem? I have the additional headache that the paint on the left-click mouse button (on the keyboard) is also starting to wear off. Any suggestions? On the plus side, the machine still works great! I use the klearscreen to clean the whole laptop :D
