code error

I have tried to install a program but when trying to excecute i get a denial code or an critical error code 3.2 also i get a denial of access if I want to access m rescue to restore my portable to the shipped factory layout what can be the reason?? the orriginald cd rescue is still on the other part of my drive D

It would be a good idea to run the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup) on the hard drive. Run the extended test - not just the quick 10-minute test.
