Computer Screen Damage
Hello, I need some help. I'm not entirely sure where I should post and look to find the answer to my question. But my computer fell and the screen is pretty badly damaged and it is still under warranty and I need help to get it fixed or replaced. If someone could please help me with this. Please email me at

The warranty will not cover this - it is accidental damage. Unless you have Complete Care insurance, you will need to call Dell for a repair estimate:

(yes, this is an out of warranty repair -- there is a charge for the call, which can be applied to the repair cost).
