Controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2

Question

I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 with 2 physical hard disks installed.  Vista Ultimate is reporting in the Event Log that the driver has detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2. Disk 0 is a WD3200BEKT formated into 2 partitions C: & D: Disk 1 is a WD1600BEVS formated into 1 partition E: So which disk is experiencing problems. Also the laptop randomly beeps while running.

I'd suggest you run Western Digital's 'Data Lifeguard Tools' on them, to try and find out :emotion-55: The first link is for the 320GB BEKT drive, and the second for the 160GB BEVS drive.
