Welcome to the Community. Yes you can change that in the Bios. Turn off your computer, and as soon as you turn it on press the F2 key, this should take you to the Bios screen, move to Advanced, move down to Function Key Behavior, and change that to Function Key First, then press F10 to save changes and Exit.
