DC Power plug size

I would like the size of the DC Power Plug used on a Dell Inspiron 7000 .  I am trying to help a distant young relative that was given the laptop with no AC adapter.  I have an old AC adapter with the correct voltage put it needs the correct end. Does anyone know if it uses a 4.8mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm or 6.2mm plug.

No and I don't think it can be found on the web. Have the distant relative go to a local Radio Shack with the notebook and ask for a connector that fits. He/She can try it out before buying.
