Have you tried calling Tech Support and get them to check out the error code for you.

So you are saying you sent the notebook to Dell to have WHAT fixed?? Then when you got it back the video didn't work correctly and you are getting those errors from the diagnostic program. Am I correct??? Sounds like they screw-ed something up when they were fixing what was wrong with it the first time. You have no other option than to call them and have them send out another video card or send it back to them to fix it.

Although I didn't read any of the codes you posted, and don't really know what they mean, they are fairly simple to understand. The video memory on the card is bad/shot/dead and fails at every memory address. The video card needs to be replaced.

The one thing I have learned is if they won't send a tech out, I have 3 notebooks 2 with complete care NBD and gold tech support and 1 with just the 3 year regular warranty, my i8200, have them ship the parts to me and I'll change them out. I've had it with sending stuff back to be fixed. It never comes back totally fixed and usually the most important stuff isn't done or it come back worse then when I sent it in.

Good Luck

I had to send it in because it hung in hibernation and would not boot.

It also needs a mouse botton,a key board, and a meda bay latch spring. They did not fix. Also they forgot

a screw for the video card and the clip for the ribbon cable on the key board is broke.
