Dell inspiron 5552
Hi just tried to turn my laptop on and it won't come on the battery light flashes 5 white and 2 Amber any help would be apreciated

If computer still isn't fix, I'd suggest reseating memory to see if that will make a difference. Please read the service manual thoroughly before attempting to opening the computer and removing memory.

Please remove all peripherals, AC adapter, battery and then press "Power On" button for 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, power on system, hopefully there're no blinking lights and computer start normally.

Please list Dell model number and version of windows: Ex: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
In the mean time, the battery light flashes 5 white and 2 amber usually means there's a issue with memory/ram, see image below:
