Dell Remote Access Program is blocking the computer and tying up Windows Installer

Dell Remote Access has a problem that started about 2 weeks ago.

It is trying to install and using Windows Installer.  It has a Pop-Up that asks to install a floppy disk to add the features not available, but we did not initiate this and the computer does not have a Floppy Drive.

Something is wrong with Dell Remote Access.  Tried to remove it and can't because it's using Windows Installer.

Dell Help has a download to create Floppies, but again, the computer won't take floppies.  Downloaded program and tried to Browse to it, but it won't find the files.

Any Help Here?
