Desktop floating tool bar
OS and the recovery partition were corrupted , I did a full reinstall Inspiron model N7010 and when I booted up the system the floating tool bar is missing from the desk top how do I get it back,
No Events found!

Are you talking about Dell Dock?
Or Dell Stage? Use Internet Explorer My Dell Downloads :: Login use the same email address and password you use here. Add system and the software is there to download.
