Enter System Password

  Wen I turn on my Dell Insiron 5010 laptop wit Windows 7 Premium all I now get is a screen with a dialog box that says "Enter System Password".  Just before this happened I did a restore on it and then went to BIOS and put the PC back to default. Wen I clicked to exit from tere te pc rebooted and thereafter I was getting te above dialog.  I  now cannot use my pc.  Tis is being writen on anoter pc I use for backup like now.  I did call Dell tech. and they say it's te mother board and are sending a tech. to fi it.  I tried googling the problem and that says pop out the CMOS battery and put it back to reset BIOS. I tried disasembling the pc to do tis but it did not come apart as easily as stated so I am going to old off till te tech. comes and has a look. 
Can anyone out there tink of a BIOS password that may unlock  my pc?
