error code 20000142
hi, as told i tried to run the dell f-12 diagnostics by pressing F12 and its giving me and error code 20000142 ,validation 78613 saying short self test unsuccessful on hard disk drive.the system is booting up in windows 8 but its very slow like it takes around 20 mins to boot and after turning on whenever i try to open any software like internet explorer or any folder it says not responding. mines is a dell inspiron 15 r 7520(SE) purchased in september 2013. the configuration is inter i5,4gb ram,i tb hard disk with windows 8 home edition.
what can be done in this case?

You may contact any computer shop or online retailer -- all of them will sell drives.
If you did not prepare a set of recovery media when you received the system though, you will need to contact Dell to purchase that now, as it will be required to reload the operating system once the drive is replaced.

Since the hard drive has failed, the solution is a replacement drive. You will need a new, 2.5" 9.5 mm or slimmer SATA notebook drive.

So plz let me know whom and where to contact for a new hard disk and its pricing
