Error code 5800-3022??

I have an Inspiron 6400/E1505, 2GB RAm system but recently it freezes whenever I run any big applications or watch some online videos or open multiple tabs in explorer. I eventually need to restart. I have tried every possible solutions but no luck.

 

I ran the diagnostics and it gave me the following errors:

 

L1 & L2 Cache Multiprocessors- Dirty cache read test

>>Error Code 5800-3022

Msg: Unable to stop non-boot processors: The system might be unstable and should be rebooted.

 

Any idea what that means?
