It's an Ethernet device error -- did you have the system connected to a network by wired connection during the test?
Yes --> likely bad network adapter.
no --> test result is inconclusive (without a connection, the test can't run).

Thanks for the explanation. I would mark it as the answer but the site just refreshes and does not mark as answer. Where did you find the information for the error code? I'd like to be able to look up error codes when troubleshooting Dell systems.
