FORGOT BOOT MENU ADMIN PASSWORD
Hello ALL,
I forgot my boot admin password,I can enter BIOS with no problem. It doesn't display any password prompt when I enter BIOS. I placed order for this laptop in nov 2013 I received in dec 2013 , then I set this password and now when I want to change options in boot menu option are loked to unlock it it is asking password .. now How to reset that password? & How to remove this admin password?

You will need to call Dell with verification of ownership of the system.

It depends on where you're located - bear in mind that if you're out of warranty, the call will cost you $60 in the US.
