Press F2 to enter bios, and check if the hard drive is recognized. If so, set to boot from the floppy in the options bay, and use a boot disk which will get you to an A prompt. If that doesn't work, use the floppy externally, connected by cable to the parallel port. If your hard drive is not recognized by the bios, it is either bad, has a password, or you may have controller problems. If available, you can try a different hard drive, which will help you determine what is causing the problem.
