Try this:

a)  click on "Start"
b)  click on "Control Panel"
c)  click on "User Accounts"
d)  In the window that pops up, if her name is there (i.e.: Annette Bennet), click once on the name and then click on the "Remove" button.  Affirm that you want to remove her, and then let the machine do its stuff.

no she doesnt have a user in there... just mine and asp.net something like that in there...
the only thing that has her name on it is that folder i have search and searched the computer over and that is the only thing and when i go to delete it or change it tells me that messeage... even when i go to connect as remote assistance it has her name... i really do not want to reformat to get rid of her name i dont even have start disk... and taking it in to have it done is so bad around her the last time i took my pc the man took my hard drive and memory and replaced it with junk and told me i didnt know my computer.. ugh... so i really would like to do this on my own but formost without causing a crash or problems that would lead me to reformatting...
thanks for replying...

Hi I had the same problem,The problem is that you renamed the original account,to fix it ,I started in safe mode ,selected  administrator for the logon, created a new account with administrat\tor priviledge, logged on with that logon(Safe mode) Then you can delete the other account,You will lose any documents and settings stored in the old account, including music, desktop settings,to see what you will lose you can logon with the new identity before you delete the user files from the old logon.I'm not sure if safe mode is nessary, but that is how I did it
