help with error codes

i have a i 5100 with no audio ihave did all the tricks so now i have these error codes that came up in dia testaudio

1b22:061b   and 1b22:071b    and on speakers 4c00:0619 a little  help will be nice it reads all software and drivers fine it reads the sigmatel chip no sound from head phones or mic

Please post the error code that is appearing.  Also, post what you have tried.

I have the same problem with my Inspiron 1100. No sound from my speakers or headphone jack. I've followed the trouble-shooting guide in XP's Help and Support. Everything checks out fine. I've gone into Device Manager and uninstalled SigmaTel C-Major Audio. Then let Windows reinstall it - no good. I've used three different restore points back to when I knew I had sound. I've read an enormous number of posts and threads without finding anything that helps.
When I ran the Dell Diagnostic disc for audio I got the following error code - 1B22:061B
 
Anyone got any ideas?

If the Dell diagnostic test fails, then you should consider contacting Dell Support to request a hardware replacement.
