How thick is the thermal pad?

Hi. I have Dell Inspiron 1564. I removed the CPU, GPU and chipset thermal pads and I trashed them in a way that they aren't available to me. I intended to put thermal paste, but I saw that there is a clearance between the cores and the radiator. Then I realised that the thermal pads were there for a reason.

Since I can't measure the old thermal pads' thickness, I need you to tell me what pads to buy for the CPU, GPU and chipset. There are 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.8 and 3.2mm thick pads in a computer store near my home.
