Inspiron N4010 driver problem

i've formatted my inspiron n4010 with windows 7 x86.. after windows installation completed, i tried to install dell system software which according to this page: http://support.us.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/driver_install_order?c=us&l=en&cs=19&DoNotRedirect=y the DSS should be the first one installed..

but im getting this error when trying to istall it..

fyi, got the file from dell driver page..
