Installing AMD Drivers Causes Blue Screen

Hello,

I am using an Inspiron 15r SE,

When using my laptop on Windows 10 kept booting into a blue screen saying "Thread stuck in device driver", and it would just bootloop due to that blue screen.

I wiped the system and installed Windows 7 and I could boot in, installed all the drivers but the AMD drivers would cause a blue screen, and when I check the device manager the 7730m gpu is not there. Here is a screenshot,

I have tried solving it by doing a complete uninstall with Guru3D, but the same still happens.

To summaries, can't install amd drivers and it causes blue screen.

I have a feeling the gpu is dead but hopefully you guys can help me.
