Intel Serial IO driver shows 'Platform does not support' error
Dell Inspiron - 3558
I cant Install Intel Serial IO driver and so that my touch pad driver. I've downloaded windows 8.1 touchpad driver from dell website.I am using Windows 8 on my laptop. I've Tried many thing. please solve this

No such option availble in my BIOS.

Hi Tejasjani,
Thanks for posting.
The error would occur if I2C is not enabled in BIOS. To resolve the problem, just enable I2C in BIOS.
