Question

I just got my wife a new laptop, our 18 month old son broke one of the keys off. Its brand new as in 2 weeks old. How can we get just a new key for it? There looks to be 3 pieces that she needs for the key.

My Q key was broken, called Dell. They're sending me one out today. It's covered under the limited warranty. Though, if the child did it, then it might have to fall under your accidental damage protection--if any.
