keyboard light failure
When I turn my computer off, sometimes (not always) the light of the keyboard is still on. It also happens when It goes in sleep mode. if it happens, then I can't turn the computer on, so I have to press for some seconds the turn on button to reset the computer. I am not sure if the Keyboard is the only one that stays whit energy when this happens so i don't know how to solve it.
My Computer is a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series.
any idea how to solve it? I will be really Thankfull

Hi MAURI3112 ,
What is the exact system model? What is the OS installed on the system? Is the issue seen only on shutdown or restart as well? Is the issue on both Auto sleep and Manual sleep model? Does this happen with the adapter connected or disconnected?
Was the system working fine earlier? If yes, then perform a system restore to restore the system to an earlier point where it was working fine.
Update the BIOS from - http://dell.to/20s8kql- enter the service tag and select drivers and downloads and select BIOS and update the same.
If the issue is not resolved, then download and reinstall the chipset and video drivers from the same site above.
Create a new local admin account and check - http://bit.ly/1JoFhcw
Keep us updated.

Hello Mauri3112
Thanks for writing to us.
Can you please provide us your system tag# to help you better. Click on my name in blue and select send a private message.
Meanwhile if your system is Inspiron 7520, open the below link and select your operating system and under applications install quickset drivers and then video drivers, restart the machine and let us know how it goes.
