Keyboards are user-replaceable.  However, unless you purchased an international warranty, you won't have support in the UK.

I haven't purchased any international warranty.

Also, I am not sure how to replace a laptop keyboard. I wouldn't mind paying for support on installing a new keyboard if dell can ship this part to my UK address.

Even if someone can help me finding a dell service center in my area (newcastle upon tyne), I can take over from there.

First step:  contact Dell India and have the warranty transferred to you in the UK.  Otherwise, they won't send you  the replacement part.

Then you can either have the keyboard replaced at your home or office (if you have chosen onsite service) or they'll send you a shipping box that you use to send the system for repair (if you didn't buy onsite service , this is how the repair is handled).  Or, they'll send you a keyboard that you replace yourself.
