Keyboard sometimes unresponsive

Sorry for more questions. But...

The keyboard on my new XPS M1730 doesn't seem to be working correctly.

The keys sometimes don't respond to being pressed espicially the "H" key. I later find my word processing is missing some of the "H's" and its really time consuming to fix them.

Any ideas what my be causing it and maybe how to fix it as well.

I would also like to find out how this occurs.  I have an XPS M140 (older machine) and recently had the motherboard replaced under warranty due to a battery charging issue.  Since that replacement, my g, h, up arrow and ' "  keys fail intermittently.  I emailed the "Resolution Specialist" at Dell who originally diagnosed my charging issue and helped me get the new motherboard (BIG kudos to Aaron!) and received a response saying I would need to take my old faithful to a repair depot.  That was a few weeks ago and I've heard nothing since.  I figure even if my warranty expired, the motherboard replacement WAS under warranty, and all those keys worked perfectly before that replacement!  Hope we get an answer to this .......

You can try reseating you keyboard cable. If that doesn't work you need to contact support.
