Laptop that quit working
I purchase the laptop in dec. 2010 and it was shipped in Jan. 2011. In August 2011 I had to send it in for service . Then on Oct. 2011 I has to send it ini again for service. I now have no screen and no laptop. I haven't had to computer for 2years and now it needs service again. Of course the warranty is no longer ini effect and they want me to pay over 300.00 to service it. I feel that Dell should replace my laptop with one that works for longer than a couple of months. I am so angry with the customer service that I received from someone in another country. If I do not receive some response from someone in authority with dell I will never deal with dell again I I will most definitely utilize the web to lt people know that dell does not honor their customers when their product is defective.
