Laptop without a S-video port wants to connect to an S-video

Hello everyone: I need some help here. We're trying to figure out how to connect our laptop to a TV monitor. Our laptop is a Latitude C400 series and it does not have a S-video out port. From some research that i have been doing, I found out that we need a VGA to S-video converter. Can anyone please orientate me a little more on this? I can't seem to find a good product that would help us out here. Please help

I currently use a Pinnacle MovieBox to convert Analog to Digital (or Digital to Analog) video.  I use the DV version which uses the Firewire port on my C840,  but they also sell a USB2 version which can be used with a USB2 PCMCIA adapter as well.  The "capture" device I use cost me about $200 with the Pinnacle Studio v9 software when I bought it (about 6 months ago or so).

My device can take RCA, SVideo, or DV input and output to RCA, SVideo or DV.  This is really nice because it allows me to convert from Analog to Digital (VCR to PC),  or from Digital to Analog (PC to TV).
