Liquid spilled on laptop keyboard and locks up the computer-is it replaceable?

My young children have spilled something sticky on my dell laptop keyboard and now once you press certain keys (can't figure out which ones) it locks up the computer to the point that you can only reboot and hope you don't hit a bad key again..can the keyboard be replaced?  I know you could hook up a wireless one via a USB port but I don't want to do this..defeats the purpose of a mobile laptop...HELP?

an inspiron keyboard on ebay brand new costs about 30.00.  it takes about 10 minutes to change one out. you could do it yourself. just make sure you unplug it and take the battery out.

Yes, laptop keyboards can be replaced. Won't be cheap considering the labor.

As a rule of thumb to everyone that this happens to. When this happens. DO NOT do anything. Leave the laptop alone for 24 hours. Let the liquid evaporate as much as possible.
