M17x alienware laptop system restore. Help!

So recently I encountered a SVCHOST.exe virus on my laptop and decided to clean it then restore to factory settings. When I use the factory image settings from the alienware respawn it goes well until it asks me to restart when I restart it the screen flashes blue and shuts down I am forced to reboot and it brings me to the start up repair window. From there it shows that my windows cannot repair it automatically. And the only root cause is that boot up when I initially start windows normally. What do I do? Getting frustrated.
