Master Bios Password
I am working on a laptop that a client of mine purchased at a yardsale. I transferred ownership over to his name, but Dell did not send me the Master Bios Password. I cannot install Windows 7, or anything else for that matter, can anyone help me out?

Dell won't send the password - you must call. There's a charge for the call if you're out of warranty, as is almost certainly the case.
