Missing Mouse
Hello,
I appear to be missing the use of my laptop mouse after my little nephew got carried away with the keys. I can only use the touchpad now. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Hi lisamac82,
Please let us know if the touchpad right and left keys are not working or if you are facing any issues with the keyboard keys. Elaborate the exact issue so that I can help you further.

Hello,
Sorry yes on the laptop when I initially turn the laptop on the mouse arrow appears on the screen but then disappears and I cannot see it. The mouse touch pad doesnt have any effect. The right and left button dont bring the mouse arro back up. I hope thats more clear I am not very good with computers!

Hi lisamac82,
Please update the touchpad driver using the link below.

In this link punch in the system service tag or express service code and click on submit, under the pointing device select and install latest touchpad driver and check if the touchpad is working fine. You may also use an external USB mouse to check if that works
