plz tell me how to set the monitor of my XPS M1210 vista to  60Hz, so i can connect it to my french TV and wach on my TV the video downloaded on my laptop

Right click on the desktop Click Personilize Click on Display settings click on the Advanced settings Click on the Monitor Tab It is in the middle of that window
